Bill Klausman is a partner with Wiles, Boyle,
Burkholder & Bringardner Co., L.P.A. where his
practice includes counseling small and large
companies to coordinate the clients' legal needs to
meet their business goals. His practice areas
generally include business and corporate law and
commercial real estate law.
His business practice includes a wide range of
services including, in part, planning for the
structure and formation of business entities;
negotiating ventures; mergers and reorganizations;
acquisitions and sales of stock and assets of
businesses; shareholder agreements;
employment/consulting agreements; non-competition
agreements; stock option plan and agreements;
manufacturing, distributing and supplier agreements;
domestic and international distributor agreements;
sales orders, warranties, licenses, bailment
agreements and transportation documents; and
franchise and licensing agreements.
His real estate practice includes work related to
real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, retail
shopping centers, office, condominium, financing,
development, abatements, zoning and land use, and
tax valuation disputes.
He assists independent and franchised hospitality
clients on the acquisition and sale of hospitality
property, construction of hospitality property,
third-party operator/management agreements, and
franchise agreements.
He also counsels clients in the areas of tax
planning, liquor law and estate planning. |
