Kerry Boyle is an associate with Wiles, Boyle,
Burkholder & Bringardner Co., L.P.A. Kerry counsels
his clients in all aspects of real estate, including
financing, sale and acquisition of real estate as
well as commercial and retail leasing. As well as
serving his real estate clients, Kerry provides
expertise to Wiles Boyle’s construction clients
relating to contract and litigation matters.
Finally, Kerry provides legal advice relating to
business transactions including asset sale/purchase,
non-compete agreements and the formation of business
entities.
Currently, Kerry assists with Wiles, Boyle’s
representation of the Village of Minerva Park and
the Village of Obetz, including coverage of council
meetings, handling administrative appeals, and
providing general counsel to Wiles, Boyle’s
municipal law clients.
Kerry has directed a round table discussion
regarding issues and concerns relative to lease
transactions for the National Retail Tenant’s
Association. Kerry has lectured on topics concerning
real estate and construction litigation issues.
Kerry is the Editor of Wiles, Boyle’s newsletter
“Courting Success” and leads the law clerk
recruiting for the law firm.
Kerry was recently recognized by Ohio Super Lawyer’s
as a Rising Star for 2007.
Kerry is a member of the Columbus (Member Real
Property & Construction Law Committees), Ohio State
and American Bar Associations, the Ohio and Central
Ohio Restaurant Associations the National Retail
Tenant's Association and the Building Industry
Association of Central Ohio. Kerry received his B.S.
from Ohio University, cum laude in 1995, and J.D.
from Capital University in 2000.
