Our fully automated Collections Department supports all aspects of the collection practice and litigation, including calendaring demand letters and pleadings, and the documentation of correspondence and activity on every account via email. The system enables us to provide immediate acknowledgement of claims and prompt, tailored reports.
We participate in the Commercial Law League of America and adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in both litigation and debt collection practices. Our practice is not limited to the collection of claims; we have the added dimension of an aggressive, experienced and nationally recognized litigation group.
