The Real Estate Department offers a
comprehensive range of services in every area of real
estate. We provide counseling and problem solving
skills to our clients to assist their real estate needs
which include the following:
Acquisition, development and management including
sale/purchase agreements, easements, closing
documentation, restrictive covenants, construction
contracts, and site selection;
Condominium documentation including bylaws, declarations
and all necessary documentation;
Financing including conventional, construction, interim
and permanent mortgage financing; sale/leasebacks;
mortgage lending, and loan agreements;
Real Estate Tax Valuation disputes including providing
counsel to property owners before County Boards of
Revision and the Ohio State Board of Tax Appeals.
Leasing including commercial, office, retail, warehouse,
industrial, and restaurant;
Title Insurance;
Land Use, Regulatory & Zoning including zoning,
administrative practice and litigation; annexation;
subdivision and platting; enforcement of restrictive
covenants;
