Mr. Hart is an experienced lawyer, lobbyist and executive level leader in the homebuilding and development industries. He joined Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner from Dominion Homes, Inc. where he served as vice-president of governmental affairs, corporate officer and counsel since 2003. Prior to that he was executive director of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio for seven years.

His practice concentrates in the areas of zoning and land development regulation; construction contracting and vendor relations management; warranty representation, negotiation and consumer dispute resolution; association law and management consulting; and government relations at the state, county, municipal and township levels.

Before becoming a leader in the housing industry, Mr. Hart spent twelve years working in the Ohio General Assembly, with the final four years as the managing lobbyist and counsel for the 3,000 member Ohio Manufacturers' Association.

A native of Oak Park, Illinois, he is a graduate of Wittenberg University and Capital University Law School. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio. He also serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the Columbus Urban League.
