A real estate law expert, Mr. Elliott's experience has been focused on the commercial real estate area and related business fields throughout his career. Specifically, he has significant experience in all areas of the real estate practice including acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing (including office, retail, and warehouse properties) representing landlords and tenants, construction matters, and all types of real estate financing transactions, as well as business formations and business acquisitions, sales, mergers and reorganizations. Mr. Elliott has represented a wide array of clients, including real estate developers, publicly-held real estate companies and other companies, an airport authority, governmental and other non-profit agencies, public and private universities and educational organizations, commercial banks, insurance companies, and various other organizations and individuals involved in commercial real estate matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Elliott has been involved in numerous community activities in Columbus and southern Delaware County, where he lives with his family (wife and four children). Mr. Elliott graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law, with Honors, and has a Martindale Peer Review Rating of “AV”.
