Samuel M. Pipino
Sam is a member of the Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner Co., LPA litigation law practice, specializing in Insurance Coverage and Defense litigation. Sam has successfully defended dozens of civil trials in diverse areas such as personal injury, commercial contracts and construction disputes. Sam represents multinational property and casualty insurers, construction companies, and a plethora of local business ventures.
A Partner with the firm, he also handles all phases of appellate advocacy, including matters before the Ohio Supreme Court and U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sam is a frequent lecturer to the business, insurance and construction communities on topics including liability coverage disputes, tort reform and environmental law.
