Mark J. Sheriff
Mark J. Sheriff is the Chairman of the Collection Department for Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner Co., LPA, and has specialized in the area of collections for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, with honors, where he was also order of the Coif as well as Research and Survey Editor for the Law Review. He is past President of the Commercial Law League of America and is currently certified as a Creditor's Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is an active member of the Banking, Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. He has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell and has also been recently recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine. He is a frequent speaker and has presented programs at the National meeting of the American Bar Association and the NCBJ as well as the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Sheriff practices in the areas of commercial law; business, civil and corporate litigation, commercial collections; personal and financial counseling and planning.
