Bill Klausman

Mr. Klausman is a partner with Wiles, Boyle, Burkholder & Bringardner Co., L.P.A. where his practice includes counseling small and large companies to coordinate the clients' legal needs to meet their business goals. His practice areas generally include business and corporate law and commercial real estate law.

His business practice includes a wide range of services including, in part, planning for the structure and formation of business entities; mergers and reorganizations; acquisitions and sales of stock and assets of businesses; shareholder agreements; employment/consulting agreements; non-competition agreements; stock option plans and agreements; domestic and international manufacturing, distributing and supplier agreements; and franchise and licensing agreements.

His commercial real estate practice includes work related to real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing, retail shopping centers, office, condominium, financing, development, abatements, zoning and land use, and tax valuation disputes.

He also assists independent and franchised hospitality and restaurant clients on the acquisition and sale of property, construction of property, third-party operator/management agreements, and franchise and license agreements.
